マップラス葉ちゃんと拾ってくれるのでスマホの問題ではないと思われます。

追記　質問です
しばらく前にマイルが貯まったのでキャラクターボイスと交換したのですがスマホ故障のより購入前のデータまでしか復帰できませんでした。
マイルで購入したボイスは復帰できますか？

走った距離や歩いた距離が一切更新されず0のままなのでどうにかしてもらいたい

歩いています。

体重がかなりオーバーして運動をしなければならなくなったのですが、重すぎて走ることもできません。そこで歩くのですがタダ歩くだけだと飽きてしまいます。このソフトは時間経過を教えてくれるので、続けることができます。もう少し歩いてみようという気になれます。GPSで走破距離も出るので運動のめあすになり大変重宝しています。
