What's New in Maprizon

1.0.1

October 30, 2026

Projects • New Projects page on the home menu: see your organization's projects and ones shared with it, choose one for the camera, show it on the map, or open it on the web. • Create a project from the phone with its name, city, country and start date, filled in for you from your photos or your location. • Move waiting photos to a different project before uploading. Review now groups photos by project. • The camera's project label pulses when no project is chosen or the choice is more than 12 hours old. • Photos without a project now get their city and country looked up during upload instead of arriving as "Unknown". Uploading • The app asks before uploading over cellular data, and pauses an upload that moves from Wi-Fi to cellular. • Photos you untick in Review now stay unticked. Sign-in and privacy • After you log out, the next person has to enter their own details, so a shared phone no longer signs in as the previous user. • The privacy policy is now linked from the sign-in screen and from Settings > Contact Us. Map editor • Map data you've already loaded stays visible when you zoom out, and the map no longer downloads huge areas when zoomed far out. • When storage runs low, the app now keeps roads and railways longest and clears buildings, land areas and similar data first. • Faster with large amounts of map data. Kaart keyboard • New languages: Russian, Kazakh, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Armenian and Farsi/Dari. • More accented letters for Polish, Turkish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Croatian, and quicker access to the common accents. • Fixes for capitalization, tag suggestions, accent popups and right-to-left phones.
