I love this app. I have found my way on many occasions when I'm lost in different countries it shows paths, hiking, back alleys.The satellite feature rocks!

I had hopes for the app, but it looks kinda useless. Cannot even find well known landmarks like Mount Rushmore even pasting the full address from Google Maps

Great travel maps app
I’ve been using maps me for years and it’s never let me down. The maps are up to date and accurate to even small details are included. I’ve used it in several countries and loved using it.

Great interface, but limited
I like the user experience. However, it can only find the businesses I’m looking for about half the time. Even major ones like KFC or Tractor Supply. And you can’t put in addresses, so I can’t get to them that way, either. I end up looking up the street on the web, getting directions to that street, and driving around looking for the business. I love the offline capability.

I would buy this app if there was an obvious tab that goes direct to saved tracks.

What a waste of money, just downloaded this dreadful clunky app. No instructions on how to use it, not user friendly, doesn’t route obvious cycle routes. Download this app at your peril.
A emergency app for all mountaineers
Two years ago while climbing the mountain SABALAN 4845m , summit of Mount SABALAN we were caught in a severe blizzard near the peak. Visibility was almost zero- we could only see about 1-2 meters ahead since Sabalan has many dangerous cliffs and steep drop-offs, we were in a very risky situation. Our only option was to use MAPS.me . I checked the map, found the route and we continued carrying our backpacks until we finally reached the summit. It truly felt like a miracle. A huge thank you to the developers of this app-it genuinely saved our lives. There were only two of us on the mountain. 💙

Must download to use without wifi. That’s a blessing. Just gotta be up to date. It will get you where you need to go without internet. That’s a A+ for me.
Generally great
The app is generally great, but every time I arrive in a new location, I find it really to add my accommodation location as a favourite. It just isn’t intuitive.

Excellent for offline locations
I find this app really useful. I work in many remote locations where mobile coverage is non existent. This app has proved really reliable and a life saver. Highly recommended. The record function in particular is really useful.
Expensive Paywalled
Expensive paywall added to what used to be a great simple app for hiking
Abusive and low quality
After three day trial period automatically converting into paid subscription for entire year without being transparent about this. And low added value app. Disgraceful
Cannot go hike without it!
Better maps than Google or Apple map, so many more detailed trails for walking!
