Easily transfers maps to Garmin courses. Responsive developer

I’ve been using this in the city to transfer multipoint biking routes to my Garmin Forerunner 965. I create multi-point directions maps in Google Maps because it’s among the best sources for urban biking directions, and I find that Garmin‘s own point to point routing feature will often suggest a path that I do not personally find to be optimal, and adding an additional point (“stop”) or two to helps to guide Garmin’s “use the map” on-watch route calculation feature. Initially there was a bug that prevented some Google Maps links with multiple stops from being imported by the app, and the developer was exceptionally responsive and helpful at fixing it, so it now works flawlessly. It only takes me about a minute from defining a biking route in Google Maps to loading it as biking navigation course onto my watch.

Hi Cameron, thank you for the fantastic review! Helping iron out the multi-stop Google Maps import made the app better for everyone, so credit goes to you as well. It's awesome to know the Garmin routing is working flawlessly for your city rides now. Ride safe!

Inutile

Doesn’t keep Google Maps Routes

Doesn’t keep Google Maps Routes when which makes its stated purpose basically worthless. I want my money back.

Update: Version 1.5.0 is now live! We have added full route calculation, allowing MapsToGPX to generate a complete route track in your GPX export instead of just separate waypoints. This helps ensure the route follows the actual paths and roads when imported into other apps or devices. Just make sure to check the option to calculate the route before exporting. Since you originally tried version 1.1.1, we’d love for you to give 1.5.0 a try. If this version provides the functionality you were looking for, we would truly appreciate it if you considered updating your rating and review!
