No Support Much better free apps
I used this garbage app for over four years at $12.99 a month. It freezes up all the time. Any time I contacted support they would never email me back. Now I stopped paying the monthly fee and all my data is gone, I can’t access any of it. Why should I have to continue to pay to access my old data. Use google or Apple Maps for free.

Most user friendly mapping app. I use it everyday without fail and the customer support is hands down the best there is.

Best tool for making sales calls! I use this app every day. I love the optimize feature for my routes. I am making double the number of sales calls daily. It keeps record of your visits which is a helpful tool for reporting.
Also have to mention the name tag feature for viewing your companies list on the map 😍10/10 for anyone in sales 👍🏼

Can’t even get past the login screen. Piece of crap.
Downside of this Useful App
A lot of good things about this app I could say and I’m sure all these other reviews could and do tell you but I sometimes put in a full set of leads and seconds later they delete it’s the most frustrating thing about this app
It’s Crashing On The Rocks
I’ve used this app for a few years with great success and also good support from the developer. This past week it’s started crashing once the app was turned on for use. The developer answered the phone the first time I called me and offered a fix yet that hasn’t fixed the problem and thus this app is not operational. I’ve been respectfully (phone call only once a day, one text per day, one email per day) reaching out to the developer for the last two plus days and am hearing only crickets. I hope the developer is okay yet I’m kind of dead in the water with working my book of business and new leads.

Support does not respond. Basic features don’t work.
I’m going one star because I have been using Mapview for 3 years now and most recently I have been having issues with trips not optimizing, the app closes randomly when doing various activities such as importing spreadsheets, optimizing trips, searching for names, changing filters, etc. These are the basics features that used to make this app the best for work. Unfortunately I have not received any response from customer support regarding my issues and now feel they are intentionally not responding to me. I will update or remove this review if these issues are resolved. Until then do not waste your money investing in the app, you’re better off going with free one. I’m paying $13/mo for an app that doesn’t work. Makes no sense.

Call is Crashed Mapview
Using this app was a game changer until this past week. It is impossible to use on iPad. It opens and crashes. I have re-installed more times than I can count, to no avail.

I love it except for one thing a lot of times when I sign in to my app it kicks me out automatically and I have to do it a number of times before I get to use it besides that this program is absolutely amazing.
Both 2 and 5 star app
2 stars because the number of times the app crashes and or force closes while I’m using the app. I counted 8 times in 6.5 minutes. Frustrating to say the very least. I have emailed customer service repeatedly and have yet to receive a reply.
5 stars because I have been looking for an app to replace this one and I have been unable to find one that provides the mass importing of my customers and separate grouping as well. So I continue to use it in spite of the difficulties of using it

All contacts but 2 disappeared
Went to use an all my contacts disappeared. Emailed them been 3 days no response. Went in an did a restore to backup - nothing. Emailed them again no response. Before all this would have given them 3.5 to 4 rating but now they seem to think once you pay for the PRO version an they have your money they could care less about you

Crashes WAY TOOO MUCH
The crashing of the app has been if going on for a while with no clear resolution or communication. Great app for what I need it to do.. when it works. Been using for almost 2 years. However, the efficiency of its functionality is steadily declining.
Any iOS 15 users - safe to update my iOS?

Zero Customer Support
1) This app used to show driving directions between two locations by simply clicking on two points. That functionality no longer exist.
2) I can’t find a way to sync between two devices. The developer claims you can set up an iCloud account, but this doesn’t work.
There is zero phone support. I have emailed the company and have received no response at all - zero again. After entering a huge amount of data, I am forced to look for another app. Sad!

Awesome App
This app is extremely helpful with my day to day business. I would highly recommend using. Very convenient!
Tried to sneak an unauthorized payment past me
I signed up for a 30 day trial that ends on August 31. Today is the 23rd and they already tried to bill me for the yearly plan. The only reason I knew was a notification from Apple. This is simply not right and I’ll bet I’m not the only one this has happened to.
So disappointed
This app use to be the best on the market. Did everything I needed as a field sales rep. Now it closes unexpectedly when I am in the middle of entering data into a lead. Some times it takes me 3-4 tries to finish a task. I sent an email to the support team over a week ago and they haven’t gotten back to me. In the past, I would get a call or email within hours of having an issue. This issue is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
