For the worst service provided.
I registered for their assisted service after seeing some promising profiles during the trial period. However, after making the payment, the profiles no longer matched my preferences, and the Relationship Managers barely provided any support. My preferences were even changed without my consent.
Despite repeated complaints, the team showed no concern and provided no proper assistance. Based on my experience, I strongly feel this service is misleading and not worth your money. I would sincerely advise everyone to be cautious before opting for their paid services.

The app is very laggy and have bugs in it. Even if I have paid membership, every time when I want interact with someone it asks me to buy the paid membership again. How pathetic it is? My honest suggestion to the team is to work on your app not just to take money from users…..

Misleading Subscription & Poor Customer Support
I strongly regret purchasing the 3-month subscription of this matrimony app. Within just 5 days, I completely stopped receiving proper matches for my profile. Most of the time, no matches are visible at all.
Whenever I contact customer support, they only give temporary excuses like “wait 30 minutes,” “logout and login again,” or “it will be fixed in a few hours.” But the same issue keeps happening again and again.
The worst part is that they even change or remove my profile filters without my permission. I belong to a specific community, but they randomly modify preferences and then claim these are my “best matches.” This feels misleading and unprofessional.
I paid for a premium service expecting genuine matches and proper support, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Customer support never provides a permanent solution.
My honest advice to anyone thinking about taking a subscription: please avoid this app and consider other matrimony platforms instead. It is not worth spending your money here.

Don’t pay for service, not worth it.
This is not worth it, don’t pay for service. The paid service charges are so high don’t even bother to get it, there are other platform with less charges. This people will call you messages you so many times in day like you are just they think you have so much free time to pick there call anytime. I think most of the profiles are just fake. When you pay for the service you wont get any matches, replay or views but as soon as paid subscription is ended you will get message but you cant reply or call.

My experience with Maratha Matrimony was not very good. The subscription charges are quite high compared to the features provided. Customer support is also not very responsive. Overall, it did not meet my expectations
I would suggest not to buy any membership try for other options .
I have paid amount and still showing as free member and support team just telling you wait for 24 to 48 hrs after that also issue is not solved.

Lots of bugs
Hi Team, Sharing the bugs I found in the app.
1. While editing the information the app closes automatically.
2. While previewing the profile instead of preview screen opens the screen which is having the profiles I have seen.
3. Not able to add the details properly e.g If wanted to fill my occupation spaces are not allowed in the field.(I have to use web application to add/modify the details)
Hope you resolve these bugs so the user experience will be improved.

They are calling me 10-15 times a day for membership

Wouldn’t upload my photos and then keeps saying “add photos”
As the title says, I’m simply trying to upload my photos. After selecting a few from my profile, it just shows them as very poorly sized and weirdly stretched thumbnails on the left side with a line on the right (probably the bar the show upload progress) and it just never uploads. The phone screen remains stuck and there are no other icon buttons except back. How am I supposed to add photos if your app can’t even take them?

Worst matrimony app
I had purchased subscription for 3 months and there is literally no activity on my profile. It didn’t get enough view despite being outstanding. Once I received a call from their team saying you’ve got really great profile but there are not enough/relevant interest requests she herself provided me customer care no and asked me raise a complaint. I did so but its still the same. Other apps provide way better service in cheaper price range.

I registered for Assisted service, after looking for some profiles of my location , but it was a fraud , the app itself is created in such a way that when u r in trial period it shows u some matching profiles but as soon as u make payment the profiles shown nowhere matches ur preferences. Also Relationship managers are too lazy and did not bother anything about ur concerns, they changed my preferences without my consent , called me more than 10 times on day of payment but not called me even 3 times in 2 months to discuss about profiles. When I complained team says that you can do whatever u want to and we do not care!
Such rubbish fraud app is this they just trap you to make payment and disappear. I sincerely request all to not take any paid service from them , its a complete fraud.

Do not download the app guys. First thing they have very less matches who don’t even respond to your requests and if at all you buy their paid membership from ur credit card then they will put it on auto pay about which u won’t get any notification till ur cc bill is generated. About Refund
DO not trust them on refund. Before purchasing their membership their agent will say - “ If you don’t get the results will refund you” I also bought their membership used it for almost 3 months. But didn’t get any results so after my membership expired I applied for refund And they started giving the reasons which they never told me. Otherwise the app is good like any other matrimony app.
