Misleading Subscription & Poor Customer Support
Whenever I contact customer support, they only give temporary excuses like “wait 30 minutes,” “logout and login again,” or “it will be fixed in a few hours.” But the same issue keeps happening again and again.
The worst part is that they even change or remove my profile filters without my permission. I belong to a specific community, but they randomly modify preferences and then claim these are my “best matches.” This feels misleading and unprofessional.
I paid for a premium service expecting genuine matches and proper support, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Customer support never provides a permanent solution.
My honest advice to anyone thinking about taking a subscription: please avoid this app and consider other matrimony platforms instead. It is not worth spending your money here.

I would suggest not to buy any membership try for other options .
I have paid amount and still showing as free member and support team just telling you wait for 24 to 48 hrs after that also issue is not solved.

Lots of bugs
1. While editing the information the app closes automatically.
2. While previewing the profile instead of preview screen opens the screen which is having the profiles I have seen.
3. Not able to add the details properly e.g If wanted to fill my occupation spaces are not allowed in the field.(I have to use web application to add/modify the details)
Hope you resolve these bugs so the user experience will be improved.

Worst app and talking of executives
Don’t register your number on it. We are not in only matrimony work for whole day i workin man and not possible to receive their calls on my working time they are talking very rash and harassing me daily

Bogus app
Such rubbish fraud app is this they just trap you to make payment and disappear. I sincerely request all to not take any paid service from them , its a complete fraud.

Simply not worth
But what made me just delete my account and post a review is a mail from them saying that their phone privacy policy has changed to unhide contact numbers belonging to free accounts meaning that unless you give in to their demands and pay up, your privacy can be compromised and anyone can get your number. This simply doesn’t sit well with me.

Very bad experience
First one has resigned from job and due to which my almost one mont
subscription has gone wasted. Second one is always complaining about that no new persons are logging in our caste. Advise for all please don't waste your money you will not get any result.

High cost of membership, low quality of profiles
Before buying membership on marathi matrimony I was told that jeevansathi is cheaper because of low quality of profiles.
After having experienced both platforms now, I can say that Jeevansathi is 100 times better in terms of quality of profiles.
This app is absolutely not worth it.
And what they charge for is not the value that you ultimately get.
