Sudah bayar tapi gagal main

Sudah beli yg full version tapi selalu gagal untuk mulai bermain di iPad. Selalu balik lagi ke loading awal. Tolong diperbaiki bug nya dengan segera. Percuma dong kita sudah beli aplikasi tapi tidak bisa digunakan sama sekali.

How do I play this game

I just installed and it says purchase successful but it won’t let me play the game. I then press ok and the opening screen plays and then it says loading. LIKE I PURCHASE THE GAME AND IT WONT LET ME PLAY. WHAT A RIPOFF! THIS IS A SCAM. THE REAL DEAL COST MONEY. HOW DO I PLAY THE GAME. LIKE WHAT DOES PURCHASE SUCCESSFUL MEAN? I JUST GOT THE APP.

Ini ga bisa dibuka di iPad mini, setelah loading sekitar 90% langsung close sendiri. Padahal game yang mengenal angka Dari eduka studio lancar-lancar aja. Tolong diperbaiki secepatnya. Makasih
