Frustration & new advertisement location prevents game-play
I used to like this game. I been stuck in level 248 for literally 2 years, but come back now and then to try. However, at this time is no longer a “Settings” option so you can’t turn the sound off anymore, without turning down/off the sound on your phone. Even worse, there is a persistent add box that covers the top center of the game board making a nearly impossible level truly frustrating and completely un-winable. I’m deleting this game since the developers seem to think using adds to block game-play is a good ploy to get people to pay to remove adds.

Was a lot of fun until it started closing EVERY TIME you try to watch an ad to get a booster - can you please fix that?
So many glitches.
How do we contact support for this game? The new levels have really bad glitches. Level 510 the boss battle doesn’t work. No matter how many balls you get it won’t work. It keeps going and going without any resolve. I’ve tried to play this level over and over it gets stuck. The boost on several levels also don’t work. You can’t reach them. It’s like the game is rigged for that. Also I don’t like the new look of the balls. It makes it more confusing. The old colors were just fine. This game could be great but there are so many glitches and so many things that the developers need to check out. No one wants to keep playing a game when it never ends bc of a glitch.

Challenging but rigged
Difficult to win, when a colour that is needed, does not show up for 10 turns. You would think if the colour selection was truly random, this would not happen as often as it does. All a ploy to get you to buy boosters.
