Paid my no ads, 8 lives and etc but still have ads etc. Please refund my money or fix glitch. This as been a 5 star game until recently.

bird hatcher still doesn’t work - black screen

Mainstage and Christmas stage does work.
4 oct 2025: Since the newest update, my favorite bird hutcher game doesn’t appear. Can you check and fix it? Also, after some publicities, the sound has gone. It’s still possible to play, but very frustrating. Is it because of Pub or this game?
12 June 2025: today, during bird hatcher game, any “special balls” below, e.g. icing, rockets, rainbow, nor bombe, doesn’t work. The “pose button” didn’t work, neither, though several days ago, they worked properly, and I’ve got over 1000 score. Why this problem/bug today?
31 may 2025: the problems are not resolved. I hit yellow ball to yellow balls, but it doesn’t disappear after 4, 5 or 6 balls. Same problem on orange coller. If you tried this level and if it seems “alright” for you, no one can clear this level. This kind of bug never appeared in former version.

In order to find out “new rules”, I erased completely the record of my account (near level 900), then I begun this game from level 1. There were too many traps which reduced unique pleasure of this game, but still, it was “logic”.
However, at 322 and 323, there were many half-transparent black balls; even when I hit the exact same color balls, they won’t disappear at 3 balles; even after 4, 5 or 6 balls, they still remain. Only way to erase them is to use dynamite - or you have to use 1000, and next 2000 gold coins.
Where is the fundamental rule that 3 balls must dissapear?
after recent update, it doesn’t crush with 3 same color balles. VERY FRUSTRATING. What is more, there is no tutorial/explanation for this rule change. No logic, no fun.
