Can you add the Sun to the space section?
And also can you please add subtitles? I found a mistake in the numbers section. For the number 8, it makes you write the number 7. Otherwise it’s an outstanding app. You don’t have to but if you want to should we make there be more Christians? By teaching kids about Creation too? I can’t force you, it’s your choice to choose what you believe Creation or the big bang.

Awesome learning app!
This is one of those learning apps that when I started using it before I did not like it and did not have the patience for it but now that I’ve started using it again now that I’m older I’ve noticed I have more patience for it and actually enjoy it a lot more than when I was younger. My favorite thing is the games. I also like the section on inventions. I think it would be cool if you guys did some read aloud story books on topics as well or interactive books that have games because I think that would be really cool. I mean games based on the topic. To me it doesn’t matter that the games that come after the videos aren’t exactly based on the topic, but it still is pretty awesome. What I mean by books I think you guys should add a library inside the school. That would be really neat. Overall I love this app because it explains things in a way that I understand as a blind and autistic user and I love how good the narration is on these videos.

I think it's good, even when I'm not signed in yet (because I've watched a hundred videos about it). And, based on what I see in the videos, I think it's a good app. But, I think you should make it Christian. Not the "Big Bang," or whatever (because the Big Bang doesn't exist)! God the Creator made the universe, you, me, and everything on Earth! Not some "Big Bang" business! AND the universe isn't 13.1 billion years old, either. Only a few thousand years old. The Bible says so, I think you should accept Christ as your Saviour. Because it'll do you good in life. We are all sinners, and I want you to be with God when you die. God wrote the Bible with some men, and He told what to write. I think other kids who don't know about God really need to know. I'm a ten-year-old boy and I've learnt about Christ in school. And to talk to Him, you pray. Jesus died on the Cross for our sins, and rose again three days later. You might be wondering, "Well, where's God now?" Well, He's in Heaven, a special place you will go to if you accept Him as your Saviour. Nobody is perfect, but Jesus. He grew up and was the only Kid who was perfect. If you want to know more, read the Bible.

Impossible to resubscibe
My son enjoyed the app for a while, then lost interest for a few months, and now wants to dive back in.
However, as much as we’ve tried, resubscribing (which just displays $x.xx per month) just sits thinking about it and nothing happens.
Log in to the sight and attempt to set any payment methods or subscribe there, and the experience is just as broken.

The only thing free is your time wasted
These apps that have free downloads but you can’t do anything without signing your life away tick me off. Sure they offer a free trial but if you don’t cancel before the 7 days are up you automatically pay. The scam is that they know some people won’t cancel in time. It’s such a waste of time downloading these apps just to find out it ain’t free. Apple should designate apps free with ads, free trial or paid to save everyone time.

Won’t download
Can’t even get the app to download. But now I have a subscription I can’t cancel and an app that just “spins” after I give it my email and say I have agreed to the terms. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times and yet, 30 minutes later it STILL hasn’t opened and I now have to wait for it to hit my account so I can dispute it and stop further payments on it since that is the only way to stop the subscriptions. So thanks. I will stick with ABCya. It goes up to 6th grade anyways and I can use it for any kid on any any device without having to build a profile for them.

Best app ever
The high quality animated cartoons, the character development, the very high quality educational content; this app is exemplary. My only complaint is that I wish they had more content! But they do have a ton of content so I can’t really ding them on that. If high quality content for a young kid is what you’re after, this is the best app, by far.

Amazing content; app crashes every day
My kids are learning so much from this app and they love it.
But, every time we try to open it, it freezes. wW have to restart the iPad and sometimes even re-install the app to make it work. Every. Single. Time.
So I guess Marco Polo has now taught my kid how to deal with undependable software?

Going in wrong direction
My son used to love this app but lately he’s having trouble finding his favorite content. Their website is barely functional (my ‘Subscriptions’ page has been spinning for 15 mins the the ‘Family’ link doesn’t work. Finally, it’s not clear at all where to find their activity packs and these are the start of problems. Which is a shame because he loves the content.
