Not optimal
I like the idea but it needs improvements. The app has issues, I am not receiving reminders set, despite all notifications being active in both the app and in my iPhone settings. They also have a challenge page where actions can be ticked off. I’ve done most of them and they don’t show. Not that I care, but the app clearly has glitches. Most disappointing however is the fact that if the medal is scanned by someone who finds your animal, they must agree to share their location for the location information to be shared with the owner. So if the person refuses, the owner gets an email saying the animal was scanned, but location is unknown. I guess there are privacy issues around this, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the medal. Would it really be illegal to automatically share location upon scanning?

Cannot connect in the app
I created the account on the website, and the Google login was offered. After a while, I wanted to try the appstore app. I cannot connect becaude I used the Google login on the website and the app doesn’t include that login. I can’t create an account with my email since it already exists and even when creating a password through the forgot password process, I still can’t use the app. I don’t know if deleting my account would work with my dog’s microchip already registered so I’m not comfortable with that.

Wow! C'est vraiment l'application que je cherchais pour gérer la santé de Xayah. Je peux suivre ses dossiers médicaux, programmer des rappels pour les vaccinations et les rendez-vous vétérinaires. C'est super intuitif et fun a utilisé. Merci encore 1000 fois !
