Response from developer
Dear Nauno93 - We are very sorry that you had a bad experience. The 40-meter depth limit is mandated by Apple; as described in the app's user manual, the program switches to "Bottom Timer" mode if this limit is exceeded, because a reliable calculation of nitrogen saturation is no longer possible. The manual also explains how the user can switch back from Bottom Timer mode to Dive mode. Normally, the free 3-day subscription renews automatically, and you receive a notification from Apple (who manage your subscription). The issue with renewing the subscription may have been due to unfortunate circumstances (remote diving/no internet). Unfortunately, we do not have access to the subscription data transmitted to Apple. If you have any further questions, please contact us via the feedback function: App Homepage > Gear icon (top right) > Feedback. Best regards, Peter from the App Support Team.
Mares avec Apple Watch
Disappointed
From the beginning, I’ve been unable to get my Apple Watch Ultra to sync properly with the app. As a result, none of my dives are being logged, which defeats one of the primary reasons I downloaded and purchased this setup. I’ve spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue on my own, trying every solution I could find, yet nothing has resolved the problem.
What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out to support via email, clearly explained the issue, and never received a response—not even an acknowledgment that my request had been received. When users experience technical issues, especially with an app that’s relied upon for dive logging, timely communication should be a priority. Even a brief email letting customers know the issue is being investigated would go a long way.
I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that technical problems can happen. However, when those problems are combined with little or no customer support, it becomes difficult to recommend the product. Reliability and customer service are just as important as the features themselves.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this app with the Apple Watch Ultra. I sincerely hope the developers improve both the app’s stability and their customer support, because right now the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
Update: I finally received a reply from support and the solution worked temporarily. I logged 8 dives this past weekend and my app plus watch only logged 3 dives. Lucky I had my backup computer on as well! All I’m asking is for the app to work exactly as you stated!!!!!! I do not like being dry!

Appli ne s’ouvre pas
Application très professionnelle
Bitte Air Integration ermöglichen
Response from developer
Air integration is not possible. The hardware is provided by Apple and it does not include the possibility to connect a pressure transmitter.
Disappointed
