Post product communication
After purchasing the software there is no proepr communication of sales person even after contacting many times they created a group in what total 9 members including margbook members are there and including me there is no communication regarding

Don’t buy this Margbooks software
I’m old Marg Erp user it’s fast and good
But Marg Books is very slow software its many time consuming
Marketing teams wrong commitments
After Purchace don’t attempt phone calls
Kerala marketing team Mr Raffi and Mukthar
Additional ₹8000 amount collected and wrong commitment After not pic any calls
Also complaint and written e mail to company and head person not responding company side
Totally im trapped

Disappointing service
Once your payment is done the service of the sale executive and back end team is very bad and would give negative rating to them app.
Refund my money back

I was already using there earlier software Marg erp (for more then 5 years) which is like 100 times better then this Margbooks.
I got a call from sales person he said your banks will be also reconciled plus made many other promises. After buying the software I was made aware that only ICICI bank reconciliation can be done. This is one part. Secondly, there web database and mobile app data doesn’t match. I made a complaint about it they said they are working on it and after one week the said they have sorted the issue. But when I saw the data same problem is there.
I said refund my money they said they don’t have that policy neither they will solve my problem.
I don’t want to use this foolish software , refund my money back else I am going to consumer courts now.

Don’t opt for MargBooks
I was a user for margerp from last 15 years. The marg erp is best software. But in march end I thought to opt to marg books. I have 6 firms. I purchased software on 28th march from sales person Mr Prince. He committed me to migrate our marg erp data to margbooks. I mailed the data to him on the same day. Till 5th April my two firms data was migrated but not perfectly. I called him for other firms data migration he took time till 15th April and then stopped receiving my calls. On speaking to call Centre they told its not possible to migrate other firm data due to multi unit. They told to discuss with sales person. I called him to just make my both migrated data perfect he took my data yesterday and blocked my number. Now I m calling call Centre they are also not connecting him and his call is received by others and telling he is busy will call later. Management is requested to help us
