Lag issue, will liquidate position
I had 1 single position open. While reloading the page, an error appeared and my position was closed. Spoke with customer support and nothing was done. I was basically told there was no error and my position had liquidated hours before I actually saw it on my account. Huge red flag. I will not and suggest others to not deposite any funds here

I’m very frustrated
My account has been frozen and I cannot access my funds that are just sitting there dwindling away. I have sent them probably 40 emails asking them to release my funds and they just ignore me. All they ever say is ‘we will let you know when we’ve looked into this matter.’ If they’re holding my money and not giving it back to me, how is that not stealing? It’s been two months that I’ve been begging them to send me my money back and they just keep ignoring me. What am I supposed to do?

I got scammed
I added 1 sol to a wallet then i made a trade then my account got banned as i withdraw snd they tell me that there was no account registered under my email when there quite literally was and is unless they have deleted it i haven’t yet seen my money yet and dont think i ever will DO NOT USE THIS APP PLEASE THERE SCAMMERS

Awesome
Started using it as a replacement to mex. It's just so much better from a traders perspective. Especially today, mex froze as usual and Margex remained stable. Im really satisfied so far. Will update the review if they go the mex route. As a suggestion please add more pairs

Well margex isnt perfect for me but at least some things are great like their support, fees maybe and help center is well documented so it helped me to get to know platform quickly and even withdrawals is ok despite it taking around a day to get completed.
The best app
Customer support stood out. Ethan was great, helped me out with what I needed very quick. Already getting used to the platform as a new user. Very warm welcoming. Would totally recomend the exchange 10/10 so far.
Easy to use
The most i like here is that I can trade with up to 100x leverage on popular pairs and it gives me good gains even with small capital. Very good exchange!!!
Big Scam
They let you deposit and trade but you’ll never be able to withdraw. Ive been trying to withdraw for about 6 months. Customer service is nonexistent. This exchange is a complete scam, DO NOT use it.
