These people closed out my positions I had a nice amount of XRP thousands of dollars these people never answered any of my questions they cancelled my withdrawals. These people are crooks STAY AWAY !! Almost 100k gone!

The negative reviews for this app are from crypto no longer being offered for trading by Margex. Sorry for their loss, but this app is excellent. Have personally used their support team to recover crypto I sent to the wrong wallet. 5 stars.

Lag issue, will liquidate position
I had 1 single position open. While reloading the page, an error appeared and my position was closed. Spoke with customer support and nothing was done. I was basically told there was no error and my position had liquidated hours before I actually saw it on my account. Huge red flag. I will not and suggest others to not deposite any funds here
