Nice idea

I think the idea of this app is fun, but unfortunately I have some difficulty using it. Searching for books to add in the app usually doesn’t work since it seems to have a limited search catalogue. Even if I search by author or ISBN, nothing shows up. Since I mostly read e-books I can’t scan a barcode. I know you can manually add the information, but very inconvenient and it’s just not fun and it makes me less inclined to use the app. Also, I mostly read ebooks. Ebooks aren’t well measured through page numbers, so tracking doesn’t really work for me. It would be nice to have a percentage option. Honestly, if this app had more reviews I’d give it three stars because it has little functionality for me, but I dont want to make the lower since I think with more quality of life updates it would be great. I love the idea of the app and how it makes a ticket for every reading session. The quote capturing is very nice, and I enjoy seeing the statistics. Unfortunately in this state I don’t see myself using it. Also I was very confused by the name change, which is just a comment. If the reading tracking functioned more like storygraph where I can track by percentage and it had an accurate search system, I think it would be amazing. Do consider audiobooks and ebooks when factoring tracking reading. This review is mostly criticism, but I really do think this is a great idea.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your detailed and constructive feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I'm happy to let you know that we've just released an update that addresses your main concerns: I've expanded our search system to query multiple sources simultaneously (Google Books, Open Library, and Naver Books). Previously, search was limited to a single Korean-focused API, which explains why many books weren't showing up. The new multi-provider system should significantly improve coverage for international titles. You can now choose your book format (physical, e-book, or audiobook) when adding books: - E-books: Track by percentage with an intuitive slider - Audiobooks: Track by listening time (hours/minutes) - Physical books: Continue using page numbers Regarding the name change - I understand the confusion, and I appreciate your patience during the transition. Please try updating the app and let me know if the new features work better for your reading workflow. Your feedback is invaluable in making this app more useful for all readers!
