A CORRECTION TO THE BOOKSHELF QURAN An earlier text-processing pass had wrongly replaced a word throughout the bundled Quran, which changed the sense of 66 verses — including the declaration of faith itself. Pickthall's original wording has been restored throughout and checked verse by verse. Our apologies to anyone who read those passages.
