Bad ownership
Yeah, they illegally dissolved their rewards program. I had hundreds of dollars in points built up and they gave a month notice. Then the week before that month expired, I went to use my points and they said that it expired a week ago. Apparently they just decided to end early. Fully admitted it. Didn’t care. Essentially stole hundreds of dollars from me. If we lived in a well regulated economy, then this wouldn’t happen. But it is what it is. I still go here out of convenience, but only when I absolutely have to, like when there’s a foot of snow on the ground, like today. I’m not going to risk going across town with the crazy drivers out here. But I’m not going here willingly either.

Rewards
Always stuck w Maribis over any other IL dispensary bc their reward points system was very rewarding. Now for Nov 2025, theyve "revamped" the rewards. However, as predicted, all these changes harm the customer & help them none. ALL reward items have doubled, if not TRIPLED, how many points they require. A 50mg edible is 150 points, so 100mg should be 300, right? No 100mg is 350 points ? It makes no sense?
