Good app
I enjoy interacting with my campus through the app, and the app works mostly well
Keep having to log in
I need the app in order to clock in for my clock hour classes but every time I open the app I have to log in. It’s really inconvenient and tedious. At first I thought that I might have had an update but nope it’s just the app. It’s very tiresome to have to continuously log in.
Not too happy with the site
I just have to say that every since the security incident a few hrs back, just logging in to sign up and pay for classes has been an absolute nightmare!!! I don’t understand why we have to log in 2 or 3 times just to enroll into a class. And more importantly, I don’t understand why the password works some times and not others. I feel like I need a Masters degree in engineering from MIT just to navigate the site.

Won’t let me log in
I can never login to the app because it always says I enter the recaptcha wrong despite me pressing the box and it displaying a check mark.

Catchup never appears and you can not login. Fix this bug please.

So I had this issue too and upon emailing support, they provided me the correct way to login. When you first input your information, press login. It may look like it’s not loading but it is. Do NOT press the login button twice or it won’t work.

I downloaded the app but it doesn’t let me sign in because of the captcha being wrong or something but when I login on the website it works

Every time I try to sign in, it doesn’t work and says that my answer for the CAPTCHA was incorrect. I press the “I’m not a robot” button every time, but it almost never lets me sign in.

Same login issue everyone else is having
Checks off captcha without making me do it, then when I sign in it says it was wrong? On top of that, I reinstall the app over 5 times and now I’m presented with a blank white screen each time. Useless
Sign in process is irritating
The app mechanics seem to work decently. My issue is that I have to sign in very frequently making app frustrating to use. I wish there was some way to save login info and utilize Face ID for verification.
Garbage
Absolute garbage, it’s trash, who ever made this app either didn’t finish college or just skipped everything, it would be embarrassing if the student graduated from this school, I haven’t even started and this app is the worst, Captcha is always ruining it, I logged in once and then now it’s impossible to log in

For some reason, it won’t let me even prove I am not a robot by picking pictures, and marks it as I am a human. But when I try and log in with my acc, it refuses me

Was a very glitchy app and took me forever to be able to actually get into the app and access my account
