Invalid username or password
I’ve registered to this app using both mine and my son’s email and phone numbers but when we try to sign in we get the same “invalid username or password” message. When I try registering again it shows the email/phone already in use. Please help.
Location services turned on?
Why? There is no need to have the location services turned on for a SCHOOL app to sell tickets or find sports info.
Notifications Don’t Show
The notifications don’t show the normal way of the banners. The only way to see that there is a new message is the plus one on the icon and then when you go into the app you have to go searching for the notifications section. It’s just not intuitive at all and difficult to find out what the new message is.

17+ for a student app???
This app is intended for students and parents yet it is a 17+ app. Many parents have content restrictions on their child’s cell phone to limit the apps their child can download and access. In order to use this app, these restrictions have to be lifted/changed. It doesn’t make sense to have a school app rated this way.

Roster wrong
Your varsity football roster is incorrect. Several players names/numbers are not correct - I believe there has been a revision to the roster this year.
