Above and beyond
My pickup guys always make sure my trash can is empty. I’m disabled and sometimes can’t get my can to the street. They empty it anyway and make sure it’s ready for more. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!
Trash service
This reminder of the pickup days of the Sanitation Dept is extremely helpful, especially so when the dates are changed because of holidays. The very rare times when my street has been mistakenly overlooked for a pickup, all I have to do is make a call to Sanitation and someone comes within a couple of hours for the pickup. Thank you for excellent service 👍😁

What a luxury
Came from Dallas, GA where had no app for trash talk through my provider. A whole new world getting updates on trash pick ups. Cover me in trash and let the pigeons take me away because I’m in garbage heaven.

It is so nice to see an app that is simple and just works. I love the reminders that tell me when trash is to picked up. Secondly the section that tells me how to safely dispose of items is a close second. Great Job!

Had to delete from phone
Took several tries typing in my home address in a format the app found acceptable. It gave me options to select from an expanded version of my address that looked correct but selecting that crashed the app. Then when I finally guessed what at an acceptable format it pulled up the wrong schedule. Oh well.
