If you travel outside the United States, this app is worthless
If you travel outside the United States frequently like I do don’t even bother using this app. It’s absolutely useless. The fact that they ask for two step verification requiring a phone number whenever they allow you to go on the website and do the exact same thing was an email is absolutely ridiculous nonsense, and the fact that they have the audacity to say that the security measures are for the customers protection when a hacker is more likely to hack an administrators account makes that absolute nonsense apparently they’re not aware of of basic cyber security tactics 🙄 You can use biometrics to access your account but still won’t be able to access your account if you don’t have a working US phone number, but if you use the website, you can just use an email for the phone number instead 🙄 make it make sense definitely going to close my account when I get back to the states and go with USAA

Cant open app
Trying to login today and it says it requires an update because it now only supports iphone 16.0 or better. Not everyone buys a new phone and older phone wont convert. This is ridiculous.
Horrible app
The app for me is never working and I lock all my cards always and never have a problem with unlocking them but with this bank once you lock it good luck trying to unlock it. They better hope I never have an emergency because this is pure BS, because of this I’m planing on closing this account. Let’s not forget how you can’t even add this card to Apple Pay. Let alone this is a Ferderal bank.

The log in screen does not invoke security nor does it present any info as to what app I am using. It only shows “Log in” or “Sign up”. Unprofessional.
Terrible service
I don’t care when anyone says the service is absolutely horrible. The system is constantly down and whenever they say they’re going to improve and upgrade something they only make it worse. I’m canceling my. Account immediately I’ve had it with this trash service im definitely switching to USAA or any military bank other than Marine Federal for that matter this bank service is absolutely horrendous

My Credit Union
I’ve been with MFCU for almost 20 years. They’ve been there for me in tough times. I wanted to buy a car and within 3 days I had a check in my hand to buy one. My grandson was born with CF and was life flight to Greenville I was able to secure a personal line of credit I was able to take time off of work and had no worries of my bills being paid. I had fraud happen and it was cleared up and my money put back. I could go on, I had my son sign up and would recommend them to anyone.
