Deceptive practices

I signed up for the free trial and canceled within the 3 day time frame. At the time I canceled, I was somehow signed up for a second free trial, which I canceled within a day or two when I discovered it. The second free trial expired a week later, and two days after that, I was charged for the privilege of the second unwanted “free” trial.

Deceptive subscription sign up

It gets you to hit continue a few times, then the final one is a sign up to a subscription. Definitely trying to catch accidental sign ups.

Also no functionality without the subscription.
