Difficult and Deceptive
I signed up and then was immediately offered another sign-up at a lower cost. Seems like they nailed me twice. Then, the system didnโt work. Now trying to cancel but finding the cancelation function is a mystery.

Deceptive practices
I signed up for the free trial and canceled within the 3 day time frame. At the time I canceled, I was somehow signed up for a second free trial, which I canceled within a day or two when I discovered it. The second free trial expired a week later, and two days after that, I was charged for the privilege of the second unwanted โfreeโ trial.
