1 Stern – völlig unbrauchbar, Geld zurück!
Für eine App, deren Hauptzweck darin besteht, Schiffe zu verfolgen, ist VesselFinder aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Enttäuschung.
Die angezeigten Schiffsdaten und Positionen werden teilweise so schlecht bzw. verspätet aktualisiert, dass eine zuverlässige Verfolgung praktisch nicht möglich ist. Genau dafür bezahlt man aber schließlich.
Wenn ich Geld für einen professionellen Tracking-Dienst ausgebe, erwarte ich aktuelle und brauchbare Daten – keine veralteten Positionen, mit denen man nichts anfangen kann.
Hätte ich vorher gewusst, wie unzuverlässig die Aktualisierung tatsächlich ist, hätte ich das Abonnement niemals abgeschlossen.
Für mich ist der Dienst in dieser Form das Geld nicht wert. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück und kann VesselFinder aktuell nicht empfehlen.

There is one called Marine Traffic that actually works. This one is total garbage. Still has me in port 5 days north of my current position.

Said it was free, then when I got it it wasn’t.
When I looked it up the site was advertised as free until I tried to use it then all they did was try to get money.

5 min of use and goes to some type of add and will not exit when I press the “X”
Where the AIS
I signed up for this app based on it would show vessels with there AIS turned on, it does not. INSTEAD you ask my to put in the AIS 6 digit number to see where that ship is at.
In other words in my opinion your app is a fraud. Also there apparently no instructions on how to use the app. Thanks for your attention to this matter

Most lousy app I ever had. Just paid my 1 yr subscription. This app doesn’t give updates on the ship you are tracking.

I know for a fact the boat I’m tracking has been underway for two weeks. The free Vessel Finder App shows the track. This app, that I paid for still has the ship moored in port. I’ve reached out and have not had the courtesy of a response. Don’t waste your money.
No ships showing
The ships are not showing on my app and there is no help page to guide me through the problem for a resolution.

Terrible, dont do it.
NO boats show up unless you search for them by name. I use this on my sailboat to avoid commercial traffic, and it does nothing for me. Developer has not responded to my messages.
Disappointed
No vessels show up on map. My boat does not even come up when i put the name in.
