Buoyange IALA A

Pack of 36 flashcards with IALA A navigation marks

User reviews

No info on buoy lights

I needed to learn the light sequences of buoys so I purchased the pack for £1 to find out it doesn’t tell you the light sequences. Occasionally the cards will show you a light sequence of a buoy as a card but still doesn’t actually explain what the light sequence is (i.e what colour, how many flashes etc)

I can’t buy this app in Russia, 🥲🥲🥲🥲 wtff

Excellent value

Just the sort of flash cards I was looking for, thank you! Really appreciated that the buoyage cards included lights as well. A couple requests: Would like to see a light card for the safe water buoy; would like a card pack for IALA B; and would like more day shape cards.

Mostly great.

On the whole I’ve found this app a useful quick revision tool.

However I have spotted one little error on “Minesweeper, seen from the stern, underway.”
This vessel would not show an all-around top white light as in the corresponding image, it would be a regular masthead light which would not be visible from the stern aspect.

Sir

Think you are going to get a set of marine cards? No, you get four only, the four cardinal bouys. You have to pay if you want anymore.
