Not great for test prep
It is unclear if the app has the entire Coast Guard database in it. Over half of the app questions were nearly identical (lights required for dredging at night), so not very helpful.

If you’re seeing some questions repeat, it’s usually because the app is designed to help you improve by resurfacing questions you missed (or ones you’re getting shaky on).
