Update: the I T staff reached out to notify me that the issues with the app have been fixed. Now works great! Customer service was stellar.

Stopped working abruptly
Ok works better now but I get an error when I try to take a quiz. This is my usual workflow taking the quiz on the phone app. Fix this and your golden.
