You guys have had 6 Months to fix this app and you respond to no one on here regarding all the issues. What is taking so long? Like seriously, you make people pay for this atrocity and then just ghost everyone who asks what the heck is going on. Do better!!!

Update: They apparently did an update to this abomination but I see no difference.
This original MarineTraffic update has made the app so much worse. It’s slow, I lost all my fleets, and there’s almost no customization anymore. The old app let you quickly scan the map and spot ships with key info instantly. That usability is gone. Such a shame. Fire the designer of this.

Good App now Ruined
This used to be a very good app, but through various updates has now been ruined. Now I don’t get vector lines and very slow and unstable. Doesn’t update unless you close the app and then restart it. Sometimes when you zoom in and out boats disappear randomly. A great disappointment to what used to be a very good at.

Isn’t Great
I bought this app years ago to see where my ships were before boarding. After a while, it wouldn’t let me view anything without purchasing again (twice) so I just gave up on it. Yesterday my son got his first ship, so I figured I’d download it again to see where he’s going. I chose the pro version, but the only thing I can see on the map is where his vessel is. I can’t see the vessel details or port calls. I can’t see the weather forecast and it doesn’t seem like there is a menu for me to do so. When I log onto the website. It’s telling me I need to upgrade. How much more can I upgrade from pro?

Needs work
Formerly was the best app available. Now good if you pay for pro plan. But, you frequently get kicked out of pro plan and must login again. Super pain when you have it running on multiple devices. Please fix this issue before you waste more time on augmented reality. Cheers!
Recent New Look
The recent update completely changed the look of this app and it has been buggy and I haven’t been able to use this app as intended once. The new look is not an improvement in my opinion. But I can’t even use the app to search a vessel because it crashes every time. The need to seriously work on fixing this before I look elsewhere for vessel tracking. Collects personal information
The latest version requires me to consent to the collection of personal data for no good reasons, and the terms and conditions state that if I use the paid plan I waive my right to “withdraw from the subscription.” No, thank you!

Awful downgrade
Used to be the #1 vessel tracker but the recent redesign have left it absolutely dreadful.

I’m a Loyalty Plan user - Where has all of my ‘fleet’ gone? Not just my fleet, because according to the app, there are no vessels, whatsoever using the world’s oceans..!!
It’s amazing how far an app can fall from grace in such a quick time since an ‘upgrade’.!

Free trial is useless
Unless you pay for the pro version every boat you click on says outside of range! Pure junk

Ever since upgrading software now awful just lost 50% of what I paid my subscription for. They want 3 times the amount I paid to see weight of ship and age

Your desire to justify the monetisation of this app by building a complicated platform that requires payment for the most simplest of detail is appalling I/we would have proffered honesty as we all know that it costs money to host the platform and would willingly have subscribed a nominal annual sum to see the limited amount of functionality originally offered for free! It’s virtually unusable on a mobile device and just a bloody mess on a larger screen and you have totally ignored the bulk of your users to extort funds from them 🥴

Not super interested in ships but love this app
I’m mostly into aviation (airplanes), but I do like checking out what ships are nearby. Especially when I’m by the ocean and see something interesting, it’s really satisfying for me to find out what It is and all the other details. (I don’t have any complaints by the way.) It’s quite a great app and it satisfies my urge to know about the things I see at sea.

All The Great Aps Are Getting Ruined
I have been using this Ap for a long time and a year ago it was still pretty good. Now the graphics, particularly the ship icons, are so ugly it’s hard to find the boat you are looking for.
Appalling update
What on earth have you done to this once simple to use app? It’s now utterly appalling, unappealing, boats and ships difficult to distinguish and I have lost all the history of fellow boaters I was following. Too much is now behind a paywall. Please note also the standard developer response of ‘thanks for flagging this’ which shows they aren’t listening and do not care. Complete rubbish. Will not be using in future.

I love this app for tracking super yacht. The app works quite well. I have the mobile pro plan, I love it, but I just wish you could add more than 20 ships to your fleet.
