This app is more user-friendly than most of the big-name bank apps. For a small bank with only a handful of locations, they’ve done a great job everything is simple to navigate and works reliably. Honestly better than several national bank apps I’ve used.

Has Issues
The app will log you out at random times and require two factor authentication randomly at times. The user ID and password will not stay saved. The main issues are not allowing biometric login at random times, requiring two factor at random times just to view accounts.

App hardly ever works without resetting or generating a new password. Plus my debit card has been suspended more than three times. I’m done Going back to LNB

Love the Marion State Bank app for its ease of use. Like being able to check my account while on the go.
The print is too small. It needs to be larger for older people to be able to read without having to enlarge it. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THINK ABOUT THE OLDER PEOPLE THAT YOU SERVE!!

The app is very intuitive and easy to use, and always keeps me apprised of my financial activities.

I usually hate change. But the update to the banking app is so nice and flows really well.
Overdraft
I told them I do not want overdraft protection. They overdrafted my account because of a subscription I have, and now I’m going to be behind on my bills this month because I have to pay the overdraft fees.

I saw other reviews wanting touch ID login capability, and thanks to the new update, it’s possible now. So it’s definitely easier.

Needs fingerprint login
With most, if not all, smartphones having fingerprint sign in technology, WHY does this app not have this capability yet??? It adds an extra layer of security which is crucial in this day and age. Come on MSB, get with the program!!
Terrible!!
The check deposit mobile is awful! It takes forever to approve!!! Definitely a thumbs down for me. :(
