What follows has NOTHING to do with Marios of Lossiemouth per se; The Chicken Shish is great!! Regardless of the T&C and TofU. They need to review their association with Food Hub for their on line ordering, who in turn need to review their data security protocols. I downloaded and used the App in a hurry for work. Four days later, I became the victim of a cleverly complex credit card fraud, based in London. The details are irrelevant here. Suffice to say, in discussion with the fraud team at the bank, suggested some sites like Food Hub, may not be as secure with your data as other reputable retail outlets. Agreed, there is an onus of responsibility upon the customer to make an informed choice and to be aware. There is also a responsibility upon the service provider to protect that customer - they rely upon - at source. Which does not necessarily mean, an obligation to just publish the text describing their T&C and T of U. They are just words on a piece of paper. Actions speak louder than words, which in the aftermath of this case will be the avoidance of anything associated with Food Hub.
