I have tried ordering online to my house and picked a timing that was suggested to me, they not only waisted my time waiting for the order, they have the audacity to proceed to cancel the whole thing after 3 freaking working days saying that some items are no longer available ! Missing item, no refund, no follow up
I received an order with a missing item. I contacted customer support immediately to report the issue, but all I received was a generic response saying they would look into it.
Since then, I have not received a refund for the missing item, nor has anyone followed up with an update. This has been very disappointing, and I expected much better customer support when an order issue is reported.

If you don't care what they bring you, this is the app for you. Once again Moroccan companies show that they don't care about the customers, and why should they. When you're playing monopoly and you own the board you don't have to care about anyone else.

Très déçu par ce service de livraison Marjane. Pour la 3e fois, une commande a été marquée comme “livrée” alors qu’elle ne l’était pas. Impossible ensuite d’annuler la commande car le système la considère déjà livrée. Plusieurs réclamations et appels, mais aucun vrai suivi ni solution. Même les tickets sont clôturés sans résolution. Cette expérience nous a fait perdre confiance dans le service.

Worst customer service
I ordered online and they got my order wrong TWICE! Their customer service number doesn’t work and the whole experience was inconvenient. You better off shopping elsewhere.

Multiple orders. Issues every single time. Delivery person doesn’t know address and keeps calling and messaging on whatsapp only (no phone call). When you write on whatsapp, they don’t answer or do only voice messages. Missing items in the order, huge efforts needed to get a reply back, and they only provide vouchers they don’t refund!! The service was excellent back in 2024 and then just massively downgraded.

Pire service client qui existe. Les procédures de MARJANE ne sont pas respectées. Les préparateurs de commande ne tentent pas de contacter le client lorsqu’un produit est manquant dans leur stock.

This is the second time I’ve been sent double orders when I’ve only placed one. Obviously, they’ve charged me twice and the support is ignoring the issue while this duplicate order sits around going bad.

MARJANE ne prend jamais pas la peine de préparer les commandes. Ils engagent une entreprise de livraison externe et demande aux livreurs de faire le travail des préparateurs MARJANE et du responsable e-commerce.
Je commande plusieurs fois par semaine et les 3/4 du temps la commande est incomplète et on me fait payer des produits que je ne reçois pas. C’est honteux!

Nouvelle interface bien pratique mais il faut donné possibilité d’ajouter la carte sur apple wallet

Je ne sais pas qui a fait l’app mais vraiment elle n’est plus fluide dans le choix de la livraison des changements de mode des choix de produits qui sont là et ne sont plus la quand on choisit un autre mode de livraison
