About
Each morning, an alarm fires — rate how you achieved each of your three habits from yesterday, then the entry locks forever. No further editing allowed.
How It Works:
Pick three habits then set an alarm. When the alarm fires each day, tap into a 10-second check-in and rate each habit on a four-state scale: not done, minimum, average, or exceeded. Close the check-in and the day locks. No edits, no undo, no retroactive fixes. You have a two-minute window from the alarm to complete it — miss the window and the day locks as missed.
Habit Selection Philosophy:
For each habit, there are 3 levels: minimum, average, or exceeded. This is designed to keep consistency over intensity. The minimum state keeps you showing up on bad days; the exceeded state is there for the days you actually felt it.
There is no:
• Streaks to guilt-trip you
• Analytics dashboards to optimise
• Cloud sync, no account, no login
• Social layer
• Reminders, re-prompts, or re-engagement nudges
• Edits to yesterday — ever
Just one calendar of coloured dots showing who you actually are.
Requirements:
Requires iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Uses AlarmKit for system-level alarms that work through Silent Mode and Focus. All data stays on your device — no cloud sync, no account, no tracking.
