All time favorite
I think the store and company is the best. I feel like we have been through so much together; the strike, family struggle for control, the store’s standard for quality. Although crowded every time, I still go because it’s the best market on Cape Cod and I admire them for hiring Spanish speaking people who work hard. I went today for a few things and waited in line to cash out. The customer ahead had a large order
$340. which she paid all with loose $1 bills. It took a long time for the cashier to count it all; twice. Before leaving I asked to speak to one of the managers at the office. After recounting the event I suggested that the cashiers may need more training like told to ask a supervisor to help count. The manager just said counting twice was the training and shrugged. My impression was that he betrayed the paycheck and instead of promoting the brand protected the employee. I would have been satisfied with TY and “I’ll pass it on “ but he didn’t see his role as manager like that. It left me feeling disappointed. That’s why 4 stars.

Used to be a good app
I’ve used this app to shop Market Basket for ages and loved the convenience since they no longer mail the flyers. But recently it stopped working on my iPad. I get an error message if I try to open from an email and just a blank blue screen if I try to open directly from the app. I tried deleting the app and restoring it but got the same results. I can get the ads to open on my iPhone but I have a hard time seeing those tiny pages even with my glasses! Will this ever work on my iPad again?

Doesn’t work any more
About 2-3 weeks ago the app stopped working on my iPad and iPhone. It seems to open as it use to. But now it says there are no ads to show. On my iPhone the screen turns blue and then stops. I’ve deleted both apps and reloaded them but that did not help.

We just got a new market basket in our state a few years back. Unfortunately the options on this app are for LA, TX and that area. Couldn’t even find my store or state on the app.

You can’t order groceries. Have to keep signing in. Doesn’t save your preferred store.

I was excited to see MB offering an actual app, UNTIL I downloaded it. My state has 2 stores and we’re not even on the app!! Why are we left off?? Anyone? DELETED! 😠

Market basket in Westlake,La.
I wanted to write this review and let it be known that the Market Basket in Westlake is our favorite Market Basket to shop at. Every time we go in there, the staff is always very friendly, very nice, and very professional. I haven’t had very many issues there at all over the years, but I must say that I have had were quickly resolved and very professionally taken care of. Market Basket and Westlake Louisiana will always be my favorite Market Basket if you’re ever in town and need some somewhere to shop give them a try you won’t be upset!
