Hadn’t been updated in 2 years
I didn’t understand why this app doesn’t work anymore. But I see now that it hasn’t been updated I two years.
App not updated in months; years even
For the last several months the app is no longer working and there doesn’t appear to be updates. I end up having to call in my order, not being able to reap the benefits of the app, including collecting and redeeming rewards for my many purchases ☹️.

Can’t Beat It!
I’ve been dining here for thirty years and every visit has been memorable. Both the freshly prepared food and delicious drinks are the best around; their seafood is amazing, along with their New England clam chowder! (I wish they would bring back their take home chowder mix… any chance of that happening?)

My FAVORITE restaurant
Every time we come here, which is quite often, we walk away happy and full. The staff is really nice and always take great care of us. Their Mai Tai’s are close to the best I have ever had and every table gets fresh warm sourdough bread. This is our go-to place for all celebrations.
Don’t expect to get points
Got the app expecting to get points for my visits but in reality they have a weird system for rewarding you. Makes no sense in relation to what you spend. You get less points than the dollar value should be - stupid system.

How long for points to show?
I ate inside the restaurant and she took my card to be able to put it onto my rewards but she’s never done it before and I’m not really sure she did it right. How long should it take before this I’ll show up on my app? I like the app but all of their people should really know how to use it. So one star for right now until I get more answers because couldn’t find anything saying how long it’s going to take or any information about the rewards on the site
