Market leader is a ripoff
Do not do business with this company! The so called “screened leads”are AI generated for people and properties that don’t exist. The CRM only works if the recipients have a Gmail account.
AVOID - The worst email app ever
This company off a CRM to real estate agents. Then they take over you our email in order to control your account and do a terrible job. They will not release my email back to me so I can’t use it as I have always used my email and I am forced to use a terrible app. The app crashes constantly. email alerts come through to my phone telling me I have received email but they don’t show up in my inbox. You cannot toggle between emails once you have opened an email you have to back out and go to the Next email instead of trying to advance as you can everywhere else, the company refuses to release my email so I can use it as I have always used it and doesn’t care whether or not you remain a client with them or you don’t. I would love to leave this company but they have a strong hold on my CRM.

Not worth the money and unreliable
Do NOT recommend. They send leads that are hours and hours away from your city. Their customer service is non existent. But they call you once a week to ask you to upgrade. When you tell them you’re having issues they state the customer service department doesn’t take phone calls. Insanely unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t waste your money, you’ll never get any value out of market leader.

Contacts properties Feature
The best feature y’all have on your app is the Contacts properties feature and it’s been down for a couple of weeks I’ve contacted y’all to fix it and y’all still haven’t fixed it and I’m very disappointed!!!

Filing complaints with BBB and Attorney General
Do not use this company! They do not deliver the product as advertised and there are hundreds of other complaints online saying so. It’s a total waste of your time and money. I only got three email leads (duds) after hours and hours of begging for an entire month to get the campaign running. Worse than Zillow! They at least deliver leads! I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB and will be fully cooperating with the Attorney General as a multi licensed Broker to put a stop to this company’s false advertisement to protect consumers nationwide.

My CRM experience
So far the use of Market Leaders CRM is a tad clunky, it’s far easier than some but I have used better, however, the lead gen provided by ML is hands down the BEST. So it makes the clunky CRM worth working around.
Doesn’t have notifications
Hard to believe this app doesn’t have a notifications function. You will get a contact hit on your website but you won’t get a simple pop up notification on your phone. This is a very basic function, especially for a lead generation app. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Bugs need to be repaired
I am just getting into using this app. I have also used KVCore’s apps as well and am finding theirs minimal issues. When I open the clients file it doesn’t not allow you to view the properties they have saved or like within the app. The app simply shuts down. I’m just getting aquatinted with this platform but this bug being repaired is a necessity. I’m not always at a desktop or laptop computer and it would be great to have as much of the functionality you have from a laptop or desktop on your mobile app.

GREAT APP
Love the desktop version, but the app is awesome - quick access with the ability to text. Highly recommend.
Lots of glitches and downgrades
Since early February 2021 ML is unable to private an accurate open rate for emails sent. I am told that it will be “fixed soon” but it’s been 5 months. I think they downgraded the systems without telling anyone.

This app has a huge problem with refreshing, date and time, its very slow and alot of time does not update. You really need to fix ASAP as we agents depend on when out if office
Terrible
There’s so many CRM’s out there that blow this out of the water. I like the web version of market leader through Coldwell Banker but WE NEED AN APP THAT WORKS! It’s 2018 late 2018 and we are in a world full of mobile friendly apps and software. We need something for on the go that work with the web version. I can’t even use this app. I will be using other CRM’s for now until this nonsense is sorted out.

Great concept but needs updating.
The app is not optimized for iPhone X. The concept is great and it actually has a lot of features however they seem to be a little buggy and it is not updating my CRM in the web browser, market leader please update this app it will be a great tool for your clients.
Can’t log back in without computer
I like the option to have access to my database in the app. However, logging in can be a pain. You’re automatically logged out (I’m assuming for security reasons) periodically. In order to sign back on, you have to be logged into to the desktop version to retrieve a code. This is such a pain. I never think about doing this when I’m on the computer - Deleting the app for lack of accessibility.

Need a pin every day
I need to get a pin every time I want to use the app. This is annoying. Wish I didn't need a pin every day just to use the app.
Could be great. But it's a pain
This could be a great app. I see my contacts and reminders at my fingertips. It will even dial my contact's phone number for me on my phone. This is the BEST part.
The problem is it's full of bugs and they won't fix them. I've reported them before. After I place a call the message to place a call doesn't go away. If you cancel that message then it goes away and you can proceed with the call you've already placed. And talk with your contact!
When the call is done there is a place to put comments about the outcome of the call. These comments go into "history" tab not the "Notes." Nevertheless the app records the history comments and updates your database, which is good. But the app continues to prompt for comments instead of closing the contact and going back to the dashboard m. And whether you say "No, cancel" or "Yes comment" the screen won't go back to the dashboard to choose the next contact to call. You have to close and reopen the app to call the next person. That's a pain. And really annoying.
I reported this bug months ago and there are still no updates in the App Store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still buggy. The first call is fine. Everything after that isn't.
This is the only use of the mobile app that I have. And it's frustrating that it could be great. But is a pain instead.
