You will receive push notifications with ads if you install this app. There is a setting to disable push notifications with promotions in the app, but the setting is ignored.
Why an app?
I dislike having to order food for a family on my phone!
App is badly design. System is restrictive
First of the the search function is terrible. The items are not properly logged in database. Search for โorganicโ will not give you everything organic. And itโs annoying you can only buy 15 items for quick delivery. There isnโt any normal bulk purchase delivery option. Just a delivery app for sake of one- to check off a box for the management. Doesnโt serve much.

Terrible experience
The search functionality is terrible.
Whilst it says same day deliveries before 2pm, Iโve never been able to get a delivery before 2pm even the next day.

This App offers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the store but ONLY those expensive โPremiumโ Japanese fruits and Hairy Crab, Seafood and Christmas hampers they are trying to sell it to you. Please delete it from the App Store!!

Uneasy payment
Amex does not work and this platform is not performing well with slow iPad

Not enough selection
The app is easy to use but the online selection for groceries is very limited
Very user unfriendly
The app wonโt accept my true address and changes it after I input it. There is no way to choose your preferred delivery day and time. If you try to go back to change something, you can end up with an empty cart and have to start over. There is no easy way to delete an item after it is in you cart. And you canโt put in a message to the delivery person.
The worst ever. And they had a pretty decent website, but instead of keep them both, they closed the website without asking if their customers wanted them to do that.

whoever developed this app should be fired
The app shows items in stock then after you place the order a few hours later they cancel the items as out of stock. I call you complain they say they have no way to confirm the availability of items. WHAT IS THE COMPUTER FOR THEN? Itโs really common sense to have items and use a computer to track how many are left. What a terrible app. avoid using this!

So many things I need are out of stock. Also , not sure how the coupons work. I tried to use and couldnโt.
Lantau no delivery? Bring back the Wellcome app/ ordering. Wellcome delivers: this doesnโt

A) Wellcome supermarket app used to allow delivery in Tung Chung and Discovery Bay.
B) Forced to use this app now & cannot get deliveries anymore!!
C) Itโs only using partial groceries list. Lots of items available in store are missing from the app.

More stores, greater selection
Please source from all your stores. The marketplace near me has Beets, and your online store does now. Ithe store near me has a much greater selection of items than your online app. It would be nice to have all that is available appear on your app.

Contradicts what website says. Although one has to click a collect coupon for complimentary delivery.

App declined my payment stating I had timed out - this wasnโt the case and I did submit the verification code in time.
It wouldnโt allow me to re- enter my order, there was a timer that wasnโt going down.
I called to report and was not listened to, constantly being told it was my problem! Now missed my required delivery slot and wasted an hour!

Would be much improved if it retained your last basket so you can just amend that rather than having to search for everything from scratch each time.
