Worst App in Store
This is officially the worst app that has to be in Apple and even Play Store. My work unfortunately has to use this app, but
1) You have to type in the username and password every day!, you cannot save your info to use Face ID fill it in like most modern apps are capable of doing. It’s 2025, not 2009.
2) Incredibly slow on the latest iPhone (15 MP) and even more stubborn on cheap Android devices (which my work tries to use, but can’t because the app is using too much system resources for nothing).
3) Crashes or freezes constantly, so you have to kill the app and restart to finish checking off the required task.
7/2025- Still no update to fix anything.

Cross platform bugs but far more usable on iOS
At work I’m forced to use this app on android on a zebra device. The hardware is utter trash. And Android is even worse. Constant time outs, loss of wifi signal, unable to sync for 15-20 minutes. I got fed up enough with it I just refused to use the android/zebra combo anymore. So I checked to see if this app was in the App Store. Sure enough it was. It works FAR better on iOS than android. It’s not even in the same ballpark. The only bug left that’s annoying on iOS is also one that exists on android. When you have a checklist to do and do one of the checklists on the list it doesn’t always remove that checklist when you finish it and submit it. It won’t take that checklist off your list no matter how many times you do it or refresh and resync. Ecolab REALLY needs to fix this bug as it affects both platforms. It’s incredibly annoying. Please fix this. 🙏
