New update
New update will not let me log in or reset password. I have been a user for years with no issues until recently. I have tried deleting and reinstalling as directed at the restaurant but still have the same issues.
App problems
Restaurant is great! Our go to when we are in area. App will not work-will not open-says app is disabled for password reset- when trying to update to enable log-on to my account. I have deleted and re-installed app TWICE and still will not work! Please address and fix your app issues. Thanks

New App
Same issue as other reviewer…app flashes on and then off. Very frustrating.
New App Stinks
When I download the ‘New App’ snd tap it to Open it just flashes on and off and goes back to the app page its located on and doesn’t open.
Food was great! Service was even better!
I took my 3 little girls out for a late lunch at the Marketplace and we had the best experience. Our server was Wes. He was so polite and took such great care of us (he remembered and delivered several competing needs of 4 girls—need I say more? LOL). The food was hot and served fresh and our drinks were always topped up. We love it here!

Works for me
Punch the BIG check-in button when you’re at the restaurant and you’ll be given a number to pass along to the server. That’s how your purchase is associated with you account. It’s my understanding that you don’t have to redeem points unless you want. Just convey your desire of point redemption to your server.
One improvement I’d like is a way to see transaction history in the app itself (I believe this only available online). You can see your point progression, but not the individual activities affecting that point balance.

New App Stinks
I used to love the app. They updated it forcing a password reset which was mentioned in the last email but easily overlooked.
Got the app open, and there is a new big green button that says CheckIn with no explanation. I tapped it and apparently is is redeeming a reward.
I tried to contact support through the app but my email was rejected. Very disappointed.
Seems they ruined what used to be a simple easy to use app and now they don't support it either.

Not working.
This app will not update on my iPhone X.

App won’t even give you the option to sign in so can’t get my rewards when I have emails saying I have one.

Well, the Marketplace in my area suddenly closed & don't know why. So, app not worth much now. ☹️

Good app overall. Would love to have the option to load gift cards into it.

I was able to see my rewards. Sign up directly through the app and find locations wherever I am! What else could you ask for

Please add more information. Like what the points mean. I can see I have 3,600. So what? How many to my next reward? I don't understand the 'check in' feature. What's it mean that I have a 'code' that's good for 10 minutes? Just really not very functional. The store locator is silly. Obviously I know where the location is there is only a few. It's not like new ones opening every day. I love the restaurant. I eat there at least 2 or 3 times a month. Just a better app would be great.
