SCAM AVOID
I paid for their services, but after realizing I had been scammed, things only got worse. They claimed they had sent me a refund, yet the money never reached my account—not even after more than two weeks. Communication was unhelpful, and I was repeatedly given excuses instead of a solution.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this company if possible. Based on my experience, it feels very misleading. Looking through the reviews, many of the positive ones seem questionable and appear as though they could be from friends or family rather than genuine customers.
My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Marketplace Monitor provides a free trial for all new users. However, in this case you had already used the free trial. Apple’s system recognises when a free trial has previously been redeemed and will automatically start a paid subscription instead of granting another trial. All billing and subscription processing is handled directly by Apple through their in-app purchase system, so Marketplace Monitor cannot control or override these charges. If you believe the charge was made in error, please contact our support team and we’ll review the situation and help guide you through the refund process.

It took me away from my 9-5 off the tools to reselling furniture full time.
Nic from the very start has been an absolute legend with everything. He walked me through the app early stages and now reminds me to update etc.. so I can get the absolute best out of the app.
I never really leave reviews but this has surpassed any expectations I initially had and completely changed my life.
Massive massive respect to Nic and the team for truly being transparent and efficient with the whole process.
Many many years to come with them!

I appreciate the response and I understand your view but I’m just saying that you can probably cover all those expenses on just the premium users and increase your user base exponentially by offering a bottom tier free version but it’s not my app and I could be wrong my 1star stands you could let people try it out once with out asking for credit card first.

Hello Joe, Our app isn’t free to run, as we have a full-time team and ongoing infrastructure costs to maintain and improve the platform. Marketplace Monitor is designed primarily for dealers and small businesses who want to automate their sourcing. For our users, the subscription becomes an investment in their business rather than an expense, as it helps them find far more profitable deals than they would through manual sourcing alone. If you're actively sourcing products, the goal is for the platform to generate opportunities that more than cover the subscription cost - usually within a few days I hope that helps, Thanks,

Good app but has 1 severe flaw

Hello Jake, Thanks for your feedback. At Marketplace Monitor, we work closely with our users to ensure they see every listing that is relevant to their search criteria. When someone believes a listing has been missed, we ask them to send us the link so we can investigate. In most cases, there is a reason why the listing didn’t appear. For example it may have been filtered as a potential scam, or it didn’t fully match the users search parameters such as radius, price range, or keywords. When users send these examples to us, it also allows our team to review and refine the filters immediately, helping ensure your searches are as accurate and optimized as possible. If you ever come across an example like this, please feel free to send it over and we’ll happily take a look.
