app makes you re-sign in
For some reason this app makes you re-sign in every couple of days and doesn’t have an option for face id. Once running works well though although not sure it is worth the price compared to competitors like deepview

So many errors on phone alerts ….. havnt learned your new system yet. Can’t find set alerts on main screen. I’m waiting to have full service think I’ll give you all two more weeks after following 60 years

Not reliable
As great as the desktop is, the app is highly unreliable. I’m unable to see my list or look up stocks.
Not loading data and lists
When it works it’s great and useful but continues to have problems loading data, especially my lists. Have to often delete app and reinstall just to get to load. Very frustrating for the price.
Great iPhone 5 Landscape charts
Enuf said. A must have app for on the go. Landscape charts in iPhone 5 are great.
Buggy app
The daily will hop to the weekly in some charts. This is true for Leaderboard and IBD Digital
New Update renders app useless
Stock ideas never loads unless I delete and reinstall the app. I’ve had to do this numerous times and the issue returns each time after a few uses. The “screens” tab has the same issue. There are so many other bugs also and this is just on the iPhone app version. And don’t get me going about the iPad version, wow that has completely been ruined. For $149.95 a month you would have to be a fool to accept these issues.

Customer service terrible
Had probably the worse customer service experience I’ve had anywhere. Purchased and was charged for the app through my phone and it didn’t work at all, reached out to them and after being on hold for awhile finally someone answered and said that I should have bought it from the site not the phone, and that’s why it didn’t work. I was like why would you bother selling it through the app then and they basically said it was my fault for not buying through the site.
The product is good for screening stocks, which is important but everything else about it is terrible.

Nothing loads
Main page and my list never loads. App has went down hill lately
Leaves you wanting more.
The app does not have chart patterns or stages. Given this is what I primarily use MarketSurge for to outperform the market, I find this app very ineffective.
