Useless
Can log in on the website fine but logging in on this app with same credentials says it cannot log you in with no other options. So it’s useless dont waste your time.
GPS tracking is completely outdated
Despite my address being found in Google Maps for the past 2 years, this app still cannot find it which ultimately means I cannot use it for delivery or even pickup. The only way I can order is by calling them. They might as well just get rid of the app since they haven’t updated it in over 2 years. Very frustrating.

Slow. Unusable at times.
It’s literally unresponsive when you try to checkout 75% of the time. Expect to waste a half hour minimum when ordering.
Broken
Please update and fix bugs. 90% of the time the app freezes before I even select whether I want pickup or delivery.
App is slow, inconsistent
I order all the time. The app is incredibly slow. Coupon codes are “invalid” even though I get them in email and social media and local mailers. So I call. And order via phone. And tell them. Whoever does the app admin has to fix this app. I’m a loyal costumer but many ppl in this situation would just take business elsewhere. Shop managers and owners should have a major problem with this, they’re losing business.

Down more often than up.
I order Marks about once a week and have for awhile. This app is great when it works, remembers my previous orders, and is pretty quick but that’s about 10-15% of the time; the rest of it is messages such as “This store is currently not accepting online orders. This may be due to temporary technical difficulties or the store might not be open. Please try calling the store at (***)***-**** to place an order or try again later. Sorry for any inconvenience.” and non-responsive empty tabs in the app. I rarely write app reviews but it’s pointless to mention anything to a lower level employee who isn’t the developer, some stability would be great.

The worst
This app only works when it feels like it. It is slow, always resets your order so that you have to start all over again. For the coupon codes keeps saying invalid. They need to update this app it is ridiculous.
Options !
They have added special allergy/diet restriction options like gluten free or cauliflower crusts and no cheese. Makes it easy to order food when I can’t find anything around that I can eat. Thanks marks !
Way too confusing to order with this app!
You can call your local Mark’s and order in about 39 seconds. It took 15 min to find the specials, build my pizza and complete the order...not worth the hassle. We love Mark’s Pizza and order from them way more than anyone else. We are a customer for life, just not with the app
