Long wait/cold food
Ordered delivery and although it stated 29 minutes estimated, it took nearly 60 to receive the food. I live less than a mile from the restaurant. The food arrived cold and dry. Not ordering delivery again.

I really enjoy the convenience of being to order through the app or call. However, I’ve been trying too apply one of my rewards that expires today (10/20/25). I tried at different times, each time it was saying “Error Validating Basket.” I redownloaded, tried with or without wifi, and no success. I just wanted my free dessert man 🥺

Needs improvement
Needs options for notes. ie: no onions or dressing on the side.

Great app! Easy to use! Just wish there was a way to request extra sauces on the side or customize salmon blackened or not.
Can’t Order Food
The app says “Error Validating Order” Isn’t this the purpose of the app? I tried removing items and adding different ones and no luck.

This app was great, until it quit working. Any button I push now gives me a server error.

New to App but not to Marlowe’s
We always enjoy Marlowe’s and the Grandkids love the Kid’s Menu. However, my favorite Specialty Meal is no longer on the Menu and has been gone for too long now. It’s time to bring back the Shrimp Campanelle. It was truly an awesome entree!!! Please add it as one of your offerings soon!!!
Very Generous Rewards
The app's rewards are very generous. You get $20 off an entree every fifth visit! The food is incredible, what more is there to say? If you visit even just a handful of times a year, it is worth it to use the app.

Love Marlows but let me add modifiers
I love ordering my favorite salad and advance to pick up at the bar, but I need to be able to add a modifier telling you I cannot eat tomatoes. Please add that to your app so I don’t have to call and bother your staff for a simple adjustment.
No receipt when ordering online
The app ordering functionality is fine but I could not find a way to print a receipt.
App doesn’t work
The app is frustrating to use and doesn’t work to complete an online order. When it comes time to log in for rewards or process a payment, the app just errors out with an “invalid authentication token” message. Ended up having to call to place an order and didn’t get to use any available rewards… ☹️

Mom Daughter Date Nights
My daughter and I have been going to Marlow’s for a couple of years now on our mom daughter date nights. We love the ambiance and the servers are always so polite and helpful! The food is amazing!
We love the crab dip or truffle fries for appetizer! My daughter always gets the Caesar salad with shrimp add on. I get the Tavern burger well done with either fries, onion rings or twice baked potato.
We laugh, we talk, we eat, we enjoy! Brookhaven location is closest but we go to the Vinings Marlow’s as well when I’m leaving work.

Easy to use but would add something else
It is easy to use, but adding the option to pay the check from the app would be great too.
Stacked chicken
It’s perfect. At least that’s what Lori said. My husband had never seen me clean a plate of food and usually I take some food home. Not tonight. The meal is perfect for those on keto. The flavor was so good that I have a new favorite there. Chicken cooked to perfection on top of mashed cauliflower with fresh green beans, Brussels sprouts, and mushroom.
Truffle fries are disappointing. They used to be great but Lori warned us they changed the truffle to a powder and now they’re not something we would come back for.
