About
Run every property like clockwork.
MarqueTrack is a calm command center for Singapore landlords and property managers — leases, rent, compliance and tenant communication in one place, built to replace the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp juggle.
WHAT NEEDS YOU TODAY
Open the app to a single list, not a dashboard to decode: overdue items first, then this week, then what's coming. Every property's health shows at a glance — tap a red dot to see why.
COMPLIANCE ON AUTOPILOT
Track IRAS, SCDF, BCA and EMA-style obligations without a spreadsheet. Deadlines surface before they're due, not after.
LEASES THAT RENEW THEMSELVES
Add a lease and MarqueTrack schedules the IRAS stamping task and the renewal countdown automatically. Renewal notices draft themselves ahead of time — you review and send, nothing goes out on its own.
RENT, MADE SIMPLE
See the month's rent roll at a glance: collected, outstanding, not yet billed. Generate this month's invoices in one tap — they land as drafts you approve, never sent automatically.
DRAFTED FOR YOU, SENT BY YOU
Paste in a tenant's message and get a reply drafted for you to review. Renewal notices are prepared ahead of time too. Nothing reaches a tenant until you read it and send it yourself.
BUILT-IN CALCULATORS
TDSR, ABSD and mortgage calculators, so financing questions don't need a separate spreadsheet.
YOUR DAILY BRIEF
Turn on notifications and get what needs you each morning — even with the app closed. Nothing is ever sent to tenants automatically; this is your own reminder reaching you, not a message going out.
WORKS ALONGSIDE YOUR DESKTOP
Everything here mirrors the full MarqueTrack web app, so a task closed on your phone is closed everywhere.
Built for Singapore property management. Accounts are set up by your property management company — there's no public sign-up. If you're a landlord or managing agent, ask your team about getting set up.

What's New in MarqueTrack
1.7
September 11, 2026
What's new in 1.7: • Invoice more than rent: security deposit, utilities, repairs, late fees — with the deposit's life (invoiced → received → returned) on the tenant record. • Renew a lease with the old term kept as history; rent due on the lease's own day; rolling (no end date) tenancies. • Money out: record expenses per property; the owner statement now shows what each property made. • Record payments and void invoices right from the invoice viewer; running invoice numbers; bank details beside PayNow on every invoice. • Fixes: sheets sit above the tab bar, tighter phone spacing on the property page, the app no longer jumps back to the list after idling.
