The worst app to delete or even to just get assistance ever

They don’t even read the review before responding with a generic comment. READ the REVIEW!!!There nowhere to delete the account or even take my photos down/ make any changes to the profile. The delete account page doesn’t let you submit without selecting a reason but there is no list to select from and the text box apparently doesn’t count. There is no way to contact support or email anyone. this app is abandended and there is no database connected to the backend. DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!!

Ppl are actually legit but sparse

Im actually seeing real ppl. No joke. And yes i know they are all 100+ miles away from me, but that’s to be expected with a dating app that’s brand new.

Folks, just wait for more ppl to join and work on your profiles, so when they do join they can match with you.

don’t download

it literally won’t let you leave. when i try to delete my account it says “tell us why” and there must be a box i have to click that isn’t showing up or something because when i press delete it won’t let me delete until i “select at least one reason” but there literally isn’t anything to choose from. whoever made this app should be grounded for a week 😡

Thank you for your feedback. To delete, click the edit profile screen which is the far left bottom icon and then click settings which is towards the bottom of the edit profile screen. The last option in the settings screen is Delete Account. We require you to click a reason for deleting before submitting which is why it may not have worked for you.

I’d love to see how it works

My phone is up to date, and yes I’ve turned it off and forced closed everything and I still can’t get the app to function properly. When I hit the no button it uses one of the “super likes” and when I try to adjust my preferences it force closes. It also freezes constantly.

Thank you for the feedback. Last week, we made updates to address some bugs. Because of your input, we also changed it so disliking a profile does not reduce the number of daily profiles you can view.

Such a relief!

I’ve had too many catfish experiences! I always wondered why no one thought of this type of dating app sooner. So glad it exists! The few dates I have been on so far through this app have been soooo much better than any other I’ve experience.

Nice app

It’s great that they match to IDs to avoid catfishes. Not too many options unless paying and not yet many people on the app but good overall !!

Can use improvement

Did the update an now the app doesn’t work keeps prompt me to do the update, 0 local members so far , dislike that you can’t view more than 3 profiles a day , I do like the verified users hopefully that will keep out the scammers and cat fishers

i had sworn off dating apps after a very scary experience during the pandemic when no shops were open and i was unable to meet people in public places as i normally would have. because of the added verification steps i feel safe online dating again. and i am happy to say i have been with a loving, respectful partner for over two months now. we met on marshmallo ❤️

WORST DATING APP

I don’t know if it’s because this app is just starting out, but there’s no one on there. no one to possibly match with and my filters aren’t even restrictive. not using again for a while or possibly ever again. just use bumble tbh.

Thank you for being an early user of Marshmallo. We are refining some safety features before doing a big marketing push and attracting more users. In fact, we submitted an updated version to Apple today. In response to user feedback, we are never disclosing people’s first names, only their first initial. We hope you reconsider joining in a few months when there are more people. The danger of online dating is real. Even in our early days, we have blocked a surprising number of fraudulent people. We remain committed to providing a safer and less scary online dating experience.

Creep free + easy interface

Heard about this app from my roommate. Skeptical at first (especially with the identity info) but glad I tried it. Don’t know if it was luck or fate, but had an amazing match :-)

Great app

Wow! What a great idea. It is really scary to meet complete strangers online especially if you are coming out of a long term relationship. This seems like a much safer choice than other dating apps. I will certainly use it.

Quality dating app
