Constant problems

For one notifications constantly that are not there for two you tap on chat and it doesn’t wanna open you tap on anything sometimes it doesn’t wanna open. You have to uninstall reinstall just to get it to work again. I’ve complained about this problem through the company itself

Messages

Needs a update wont let me look at messages

Wonderful App

App works fairly well. Only downside is Platform Science messages aren’t synced with Marten app. If you send a message on tablet it doesn’t show on app. Also wish under the loads section they could show all the details regarding the load like pickup number etc.

Could be better

Notifications would be great. The old Qualcomm used to read messages out loud while I drove. The new one doesn’t and the app doesn’t either. It would really help if I didn’t have to pull over to see if I have an important message.

Loving it.

Been here 2 months now and enjoying it. They keep me running and I’m home whenever I need to be.

Speed

Since update moves slow

Notifications

It is always showing notifications that I don’t have and I can’t clear them. Endless little message notifications in the chat but I have read every one still won’t go away
Now I am not some old man confused by my phone, I have a background in website design and development. This app is not well organized and has a lot of redundant bloat on it, and issues with notifications not clearing out.
The platform science is down today with issues and this is an example of why all the macros should be on the app not just a few.

Latest updat

This latest update leaves tracking on 24/7 when it is only set to run when open creating massive lag when actually using the app and several user functions are missing. Great app before the update considering deleting this app and if marten wants to know where I am or give me information pertaining to my loads they can call me since I can’t delete the crappy update that was forced upon me

Needs updating

The app does not work well with the iOS 17 on iPhone 13

Great app

Great app the only thing I would add is the ability to access our HOS logs

Works well to a point

App works good as long as you could stay logged in I get kicked off the app every single day and have to re-register. it’s backed Omnitracs

Ok

It’s ok

Keeps logging me off after 2 months using

Once a day at least I have to re login fix this

Push notifications aren’t working

Ever since the latest update, it no longer sends me push notifications of a new load. I go home daily so it would be extremely useful to know when I get sent a new load for the next day.

Complete Load Info please

When accepting load we need to know the mileage, date and time of pick up and delivery. I shouldn’t have to go looking for complete info to accept a load. This is first priority to a driver.
