Much more convenient with Multi-currency cards
The app would be much more convenient if it allowed opening a multi-currency card, or at least a second card in another currency - for example, USD & EUR.

App is so bad that when you try to reset your password, you just can’t do it - with new password it again says “wrong password”. Finish.
Hard to imagine how this system works when it fails even the first step… Oh wait, I know: there are constant errors, money gat frozen for weeks, support knows only one phrase: “we will look into the matter” and the only way to get something is to create complaint to financial ombudsmen. Only then they would move.
So let alone their fake 5-star reviews and better stay away from these unprofessional negligent guys.

2% fee for crypto
This app may be useful for seafarers, but let’s be honest — you’re clearly making money off of us. The dollar-to-euro exchange rate is terrible, and now you’ve added a 2% withdrawal fee after removing the crypto option. This is outrageous. You claim to support seafarers, but in reality, you’re exploiting us. DO SHIPOWNERS PAY YOU NOTHING OR WHAT?? YOU’VE COMPLETELY LOST SHAME. If I had any other option, I wouldn’t use this app at all
