amazing!
I immediatly saw the app and purchased the full version. Mostly because of the fake geiger counter, i went outside and pretended i was in a facility and kept making the geiger go crazy, overall pretty good app!
Needs sound
Seems ok, but what would make it really useful would be sound. Something like a Geiger counter or Sonar sound effect would be brilliant and not much effort to develop
magic spinner needs work
the magic spinner barely lands on the right answer unless the tilt is so obvious (think almost 90 degrees) that the jig would be up. but the army radio alone is enough to give this app 5 stars for me, and the free premium release is hugely generous.

Oh weird! That shouldn't be necessary. You just need to rotate a little past flat. The app makes the decision on yes vs no once you pick up your finger. So you should be able to tilt the phone a little to the left (a few degrees), flick, and once it's going you can tilt anywhere else. Would love to see if you found a bug - can you send me what kind of iphone you're using?
