Where the uk app
I’ve gone onto Google Safari Internet Explorer and I’ve typed in Marugame Udon UK app and it keeps sending me to the Indonesia one I’m a bit confused if you guys are going to resolve this because how can I access the app if it keeps sending me to a country, even if I try using Indonesia one the number is +62, which is incorrect because the UK is +44. When is it gonna be resolved? Does anybody know?

I love Marugame, so it’s a shame that one cannot access their app in the United Kingdom. The error arises because it requires a +62 phone number.
It’s surprising that this issue persists despite it being mentioned in every review since fall 2023. Was there a layoff round in the tech team?

Unable to create account in the UK
Tried to sign up for the loyalty benefits but the app only allows registering under a +62 phone number without the option to change it or use email. Even had the staff scratching their heads.

Frustrating that you can’t sign in. And on the website the voucher is unavailable to scan. SMH

A review from months ago says the same thing as I will say ; you can’t change the country code. The app has has updates since then and the issue is still there. You can’t even use the app so don’t bother unless you see this fix listed in the release notes
