Wonder car Nexa at Bhosari, and really all the Supervisors, Concerned Management, and ground staff… always found very caring, respectful, and always satisfied with my queries, which is why I have bought my last three cars, including Baleno. I never took my vehicle for any small work like nut-bolt fitting.

Very disappointing experience with Chandigarh Nexa.

Very disappointing experience with Chandigarh Nexa. My car was serviced on 27th November 2025 and has been driven only around 1100 km since then, yet I was given an estimate of ₹17,000.

No photos, videos, or service updates were shared during servicing, which creates a lack of transparency and trust. Customers should be properly informed about the work being done on their vehicle. Expected much better communication and support from Nexa.

Why need of multiple apps??

The app is ok but why MZ is launching multiple apps. MZ smart play, playx play pro, Suzuki connect & many more. One bundled app shall be enough. One of the app was having facility of document vault. Which was lacking here. This app is not for Searching for vehicles. Improvement is must needed. All the best.

Good application

The Maruti Suzuki service booking app is extremely convenient and user-friendly. Booking a service appointment takes just a few minutes, and the interface is simple to navigate. I really appreciate the ability to select preferred date and time slots without any hassle.

The app also provides service history details, cost estimates, and real-time updates, which makes the entire process transparent. Notifications and reminders are very helpful, ensuring I never miss a scheduled service.

Overall, it saves time, avoids long waiting at service centers, and makes vehicle maintenance stress-free. A must-have app for every Maruti Suzuki owner!

I can book service via pick up and drop option
Has many New features like service tracker , purchase extended warranty, during service notification to approve extra cost
It would be better if user can also have option of service payment via app only

Incorrect details auto fetched

I installed the app and entered my mobile No to log in with OTP. App displayed correct details of vehicle but auto fetched owner’s name incorrectly which can not be edited or corrected. It is surprising to see such an App which displays ownership name incorrectly disregarding the correct name as mentioned in the Registration Cert (RC). Called up customer care to resolve the issue but no response inspite of promise to rectify within 48 hrs. Pathetic App which can make anyone as owner

Suzuki app is very helpful to keep you updated for information about car Insurance, PUC, Service details, Accessories etc.
however I feel it should also have feedback system about car owner feedback’s on vehicle performance, durability and reliability. It will be easier to capture Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) directly.

Hope to see continuous improvement

The application is good and very useful. It already has a lot of important information like the service report, which is very helpful. However, a few modifications are still needed. For example, in my car Brezza ZXI, the manual book is missing from the application. Also, some features and vehicle details are not available. Kindly do the needful and update the application regularly. I love Suzuki and hope to see continuous improvements

Still many bugs

The app is a step in the right direction, but there are still many bugs within the app itself
Literally when you start the app, the first notification that you get is location services are not active while your have full permissions in the setting

Latest version is much better. Look and feel of the app is great. I can explore and buy accessories for my car directly from the app. The new interface was easy to use.

Details missing

Appreciate for providing app.
If service cost also updated. It help us to know running cost.
But if you give cost breakup of
parts added and cost of the parts and also in labour cost breakups. It will help us what part’s added and when it added. It will be more transparent.

Good App but Needs More Details in Service History

I really like the Maruti Suzuki app. it’s user friendly and provides all the essential information. However, one thing I don’t like is that the service history doesn’t show the odometer reading (km) at which the service was done. It would be great if this feature is added.

All the reviews are fake

This application by Maruti Suzuki is severely lacking in functionality. Upon login, the app fails to establish a connection with the user’s vehicle. Even when manually entering the vehicle’s registration number, the app displays an error message indicating that no vehicle was found. Despite raising a complaint with customer care, no satisfactory resolution has been implemented. The existing application is still superior to this new version. As a prominent automobile company, Maruti Suzuki should be able to develop a user-friendly and reliable application. This oversight is deeply disappointing for this multinational corporation.

“Something Went Wrong” Error – Can’t Access App

I initially installed this app on May 9th and was able to log in and view my car details without any issues. However, I uninstalled it on May 10th.
Now, after reinstalling, I’m unable to log in — every time I enter the OTP, it throws a “Something went wrong” error and doesn’t proceed.
Despite raising multiple complaints via phone and email, there has been no response, and the issue remains unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience
