Needs a fix
Not working as it used to. Don’t receive any app notifications anymore. Developers need to release an update!
Awful app
You get 0 notifications and doesn’t work 99% of the time! Rubbish app, should be discontinued and I wish our school found a better one. Even the teachers hate it!
Be prepared to hear everything late and not be able to log on 9 times out of 10 even with their instructions!
Should be out of business for such a poor product! It must be the cheapest option. I will be writing to the school to choose class charts or something, which as I teacher I know is better!

White screen
App never opens reliably, most of the time I just get a blank white screen. Even the web portal struggles. Notifications never work-it’s impossible to track what the schools are sending out unless I try multiple times a day to login and manually search. Frustrating!

Never works - outdated
Not working! Never works and get told to use weblink but still doesn’t work. More advice to clear phone data. Still app doesn’t work. Constantly logged out and password not recognised. Developers need to update the app to modern times as never gets updated with new working features. People are paying for a service that they can’t receive. Fault is with MME but not recognised!

Update desperately needed
This app has not been updated for 2 years and it shows. So many bugs to fix! Push notifications do not work.
Can’t even log in
Every time I try to use it just tells me it’s logged me out, the when signing in it just gives me a message saying it’s “logged me out”

There is one simple design rule you should adopt to make an enormous difference — don’t use icons as navigation. It’s not clear what most of your icons mean. After playing with some it’s still not clear what this achieves. People shouldn’t need to read instructions to use such a simple app

Notifications no longer working
On top of its design, now we are not receiving notifications.

App is ok, however even after reinstalling the app and turning notifications on I’m still not receiving notifications to let me know something has been posted on the app.

I hate this app. It’s not very intuitive. It’s not well organised. It’s like a 5 year old made it.
I tell the teachers to just email things to me instead because it’s so annoying trying to access and find things.

Notifications still not working
Still not getting notifications even after your recent fix one week ago. iPhone 13, ios 15.4, please test before release.
Poor app development
Terrible app. The app constantly shows as unread notifications even after reading all messages. It sometimes crashes with a white screen.
It’s not user error. I’ve updated phone and the app. The same issues are present after phone and app updates are completed. It’s the same after removing and reinstalling the app. It’s also evident on other parents phones.

Great idea but poorly designed app
Have reinstalled and set alerts for notifications lots of times, still don’t get notifications. Constant unread message dot shows even when there are no messages. Dots next to read messages from over 3 years ago despite going in to them several times. Needs work as this is often relied upon as a method of communication with school - not good enough!

Aghhh app developers please make the notification disappear when you’ve read the item! I’m up to 18 in 2 months and I’ve acknowledged them all in the app.. for someone who hates seeing loads of notification symbols this is so frustrating

Incorrect notification number
It’s a good one-way communication app but it’s frustrating that the red notification number on the app icon (on the phone home screen) just keeps adding up. Currently on 115 notifications when actually I have zero inside the app.
Notifications never go away
This app has a very basic design that could do with a refresh. That’s not really a huge deal though. My main issue is notifications. Every time I get one, the notification bubble shows the total number of notifications I’ve ever received. Opening the app and going through them, clearing them, makes no difference to this, and the bubble never goes away.

Memory book
Thank you so much to Adrian for managing to retrieve my sons memory book I downloaded from the app! I now have a special keepsake from his school years. The memory book shows all the different badges and messages In a fab layout! I can highly recommend the app & even more the customer service team for a quick, friendly response!
